CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — In response to a driver shortage, the Centre Area Transportation Authority (CATA) has announced proposed service adjustments that will begin in January. The proposed adjustments will affect the AC (Atherton Street), CC (College Avenue), NV (Havershire/Martin/Vairo/Toftrees), RP (Waupelani Dr/Downtown) and UP (University/Parkway Circulator) lines.
